Privacy Policy — Merge Miner

This policy explains what the Merge Miner mobile game (“the game”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to the Merge Miner app for Android.
The short version
- The game works fully without an account. Signing in and joining the leaderboard are both optional.
- We never ask for your email, phone number, or precise location, and your email is never shown to other players.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We show ads through Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers.
- You can wipe your data any time via Settings → Reset Progress, or email us to delete server-side data.
1.What we collect
Most of the game is stored only on your device. Data leaves your device only for the optional features below.

Your email address is never displayed to other players, and we do not use it for marketing.
2.How we use it
- To run the game and save your progress.
- To back up and restore progress if you sign in.
- To display leaderboards and award seasonal rewards.
- To show advertisements.
- To diagnose problems and improve the game.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for profiling beyond the ad personalisation described below.
3.Advertising and your consent
Merge Miner shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice — it is offered in exchange for an in-game bonus, and nothing in the game is locked behind one.
Google may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same ad. You can read how Google uses this data at google.com/policies/technologies/partner-sites.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before serving personalised ads, using Google’s User Messaging Platform. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Ad Privacy Choices.
On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads), which limits ad personalisation system-wide.
4.Third-party services
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes:
- Google Play Services / Google Sign-In — optional cloud save. Google Privacy Policy

- Our leaderboard server — operated by the developer, storing only the public leaderboard fields listed above plus your encrypted cloud save.
5.Data retention and deletion
On your device
Uninstalling the game removes all local data. You can also wipe it in-game via Settings → Reset Progress.
On our servers
Your cloud save and leaderboard entry are kept while your account is active. To have them deleted, email adhikariayush777@gmail.com from the address linked to your Google sign-in, or include your in-game leaderboard name. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Note that Reset Progress clears the game on your device; it does not by itself delete a cloud save or leaderboard entry — use the email route above for that.
6.Children
Merge Miner is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7.Security
Your local save is encrypted on your device. Traffic between the game and our servers uses HTTPS, and API requests are cryptographically signed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. Email us at adhikariayush777@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version, and material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
